Nike Retail Experience

The Nike Retail Experience is a tool to build digital ecosystem from online to offline for Nike consumers. Users are detected when nearby or in a Nike store, with scanning the product code to get product and inventory information in their mobile devices, select products and send a try-on request at the specific location to wait for SA to deliver the products in their hands, which enriches the consumers digital experience in the store, as well as solves the insufficient staffing issues. As the Product Design Lead, I determine product requirements and functions in the early stage, build prototype and work with third-party user testing team to conduct multi-faceted tests on specific users, understand user behaviour and resolve user pain points to improve product functions.
